These companies are not authorized to use this information for purposes beyond your specific authorization. |
For the purpose of our becoming your mortgage services provider, we may obtain information about you from the following sources:
- Applications, forms and all other information that you provide us, whether electronically, in person, in writing, by telephone or any other means. This information includes but is not limited to address, employment information, credit references and income.
- Your current financial status including payment history, account usage and account balances
- Public sources, real estate records, telephone numbers and employment records
- Consumer reporting agencies. That is information which may include account information and credit worthiness.

| Additionally, we may provide specific information to our service providers to assist in the processing of your application. Our service providers may include title and escrow agents, appraisal companies, lenders and/or investors. |
